Our "3 Insights" guarantee

If your report doesn't give you at least 3 clear, specific insights about your business's AI visibility that you didn't already know, we'll refund your $97.

To request a refund, within 15 days of receiving your report, email [email protected] with:

1. The email address you used to order.
2. The recommendations from your report's action plan, with a short note on each explaining why it wasn't new to you or didn't apply to your business.

This shows us you've reviewed the report and helps us make future reports better. If you'd like, we'll also offer a free 15-minute call to walk through your results, but the call is never required to get your refund.

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 30 days. Requests made more than 15 days after delivery aren't eligible, and refunds are only available under this guarantee.

ListedAI Listing Scan ($19.97)

Your scan starts working for you the moment you run it, so a scan that has been used can't be refunded. If you bought ListedAI but haven't run your scan yet, email us within 15 days of purchase and we'll refund your $19.97.

ListedAI Monthly Listing Check ($9.97/month or $99.70/year)

Monthly plan

You can cancel anytime before your next billing date and you won't be charged again. Months that have already been billed aren't refunded, and you keep your Monthly Listing Check through the end of the month you paid for.

Annual plan

If you'd like to stop your annual plan early, send us 30 days' written notice by email. Once the 30-day notice period ends, any full months left on your plan may be refunded. Months already used, including the notice period, aren't refunded.

VILA Lead Gen Concierge ($97/month + $0.99 per lead)

Our 30-day "Shark Bite" guarantee

Try the VILA platform with no risk for 30 days. If you're not completely happy with the platform within your first 30 days, just call us at 530-852-7942 and tell us "the shark bit it." We'll refund your $97 platform fee, no questions asked.

The guarantee covers the platform fee only. You're responsible for the leads delivered to you ($0.99 each), and those charges aren't refunded.

A word about results

No lead from any source buys on its own. Turning leads into customers takes a solid follow-up plan: a good offer, an email or phone sequence, and patience, since many products and services have long sales cycles. If other kinds of paid traffic haven't worked for you, the problem is often the sales process rather than the leads, and VILA leads will need the same follow-up to pay off. Done-for-you services

Websites, AI chat and voice agents, sales funnels, lead gen offers, consulting, consumer apps and retainers are covered by the written service agreement you sign before work begins. That agreement explains deposits, cancellation and any refunds.

Partner and affiliate products

Some products we recommend are sold by other companies, including the ACT program (Internet Dominators), Kartra, FTC Guardian and Meet Sabi. Those purchases are refunded under each provider's own refund policy. Please contact the provider directly.
